Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant. We accept:

• PayPal – worldwide, including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards via PayPal.
• Credit & debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

🔐 PayPal Payment Process

Step 1: At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the PayPal login page. Enter your PayPal credentials.
Step 3: Review the order amount and choose your preferred funding source (PayPal balance, bank account, or card).
Step 4: Click “Pay Now” — the payment is processed instantly. You will be redirected back to our store with order confirmation.
Note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay via guest checkout using a credit card through PayPal’s interface. Buyer protection applies to eligible purchases.

💳 Credit / Debit Card Process

Step 1: Choose “Credit Card” at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
Step 2: Enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement.
Step 3: Our secure payment gateway (Stripe / Authorize.Net) encrypts your data. An authorization hold may be placed to verify funds, but the actual charge occurs only when your order is prepared for shipment.
Step 4: After successful verification, you will receive an order confirmation. The final charge will appear on your statement as “guofk.com”.
3D Secure: Some cards require additional authentication (e.g., OTP via SMS) — please follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

We never store full card details on our servers. All payment data is tokenized and transmitted via SSL/TLS 1.3. Our systems automatically flag suspicious transactions; in rare cases, we may request identity verification. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or PayPal support first. We do not accept wire transfers, cash, or checks.

For refunds, money is returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. PayPal refunds go to your PayPal account; card refunds appear on your bank statement within 7-14 days depending on your issuer.

Currency & Transaction Fees

All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion fees if your card is issued outside the United States. We do not charge any hidden fees. The final amount shown at checkout is what you will pay in USD (excluding potential foreign transaction fees from your financial institution).
