Return Eligibility
We stand behind our craftsmanship. You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or bespoke garments made to individual measurements
- Final sale / clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable
- Underwear, socks, and face masks for hygiene reasons
- Digital products or gift cards

We issue Return Authorization & shipping instructions.

Ship The Package
Use trackable courier. Customer covers return postage unless defective.

Inspection & Refund
Refund processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for our error. For defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping and provide full refund or replacement. Exchanges are not offered directly; please return the original item and place a new order.
